Managed AI
Make your business better.
We're not selling AI tools. We're selling managed AI, the same way we already sell managed IT and managed cybersecurity: someone else owns the risk of keeping it running, secure, and useful, so you don't have to.
The service concept
Managed AI is an ongoing service, not a pile of one-off projects.
It helps you safely adopt AI, find worthwhile opportunities, build the right solutions, keep them operating, and prove whether they're creating business value.
Discover
Business goals, departments, workflows, bottlenecks, repetitive work, capacity constraints, customer experience, data availability, and measurable value.
Govern
Acceptable-use policy, approved tools, sensitive-data handling, access controls, vendor risk, shadow AI, retention, and an AI risk register.
Enable
Onboarding, role-specific training, prompt and workflow coaching, use-case playbooks, department workshops, and office hours.
Build
Assistants, agents, automations, integrations, document intelligence, reporting, analytics, and custom applications when justified.
Operate
Monitor workflows, integrations, permissions, failures, usage, costs, knowledge sources, platform changes, and support.
Measure
Compare baseline to outcome: time and capacity released, cost avoided, revenue contribution, error reduction, and risk reduction.
Improve
Continuously optimize: review what's working, fix what isn't, adjust solutions, find new opportunities, and maintain a living AI roadmap.
What we build
A defined menu, not “we’ll build you anything.”
Keeping builds to a proven menu is what makes them repeatable, sellable, and supportable long after launch.
Get repetitive work off your team's plate
Email and inbox intelligence for high-volume sales or service inboxes, procurement and inventory automation, and document processing for intake forms, claims, or contracts.
Put your own documentation to work
Internal knowledge base and FAQ assistants built from your existing docs and case notes, plus client-facing intake or support assistants where it's appropriate and compliant.
Turn raw data into a recurring digest
Reporting automation that takes operational data you already have and turns it into something your team actually reads and acts on.
AI-assisted triage, human decision
AI reviews monitoring data to surface real anomalies and flags them for a human tech to act on. It assists the triage. It never takes autonomous action.
How we deliver it
You own the account. We administer it.
You keep your own Anthropic account, and we handle provisioning, permissions, integrations, and monitoring, the same trust model you already have with us for Microsoft 365. Data ownership and BAA terms stay in your name, which matters if you're a medical or dental practice.
| What stays with you | What we handle |
|---|---|
| Account ownership | Provisioning & permissions |
| Data & BAA terms | Integrations & monitoring |
| Business decisions | Day-to-day administration |
Security & governance
The part most vendors bolt on. We already run it.
Every Managed AI engagement includes a real governance wrapper, not generic consulting language, because we already operate your security stack day to day.
- A formal AI use policy: what data can and can't go into the tool, and who's authorized to use it
- Data governance tied to your existing compliance posture, including HIPAA BAA status confirmed and documented at setup
- AI-specific phishing and social engineering awareness, folded into training your team already gets
- Human-in-the-loop on every build, no exceptions: AI is a productivity tool, not a decision-maker
- Explainable, defensible outputs: every AI output feeding a decision can be traced back to the data or logic behind it
Your path
Assess, build, run, and reassess.
Each stage maps to a simple, predictable way of pricing the work: a one-time fee, a project fee, and a recurring monthly fee. Actual numbers are scoped to your business on a Discovery Call.
Assess
An AI Discovery Workshop finds where AI actually helps your business: the realistic opportunities, scored against common pain points, plus a three-horizon roadmap. Priced as a one-time setup fee.
Build
We build the highest-value use case from your roadmap as a production-grade solution, not a one-off automation someone has to babysit. Priced as a project build fee, scoped to the work.
Run
We administer what we built: usage monitoring, tuning as your business changes, security and access administration, a short staff walkthrough at go-live, and incident response if something breaks. Priced as a recurring monthly management fee.
Reassess
Every quarter, we check whether it's delivering the value we scoped and whether there's a next use case worth building. Folded into the monthly management fee, not billed separately.
What "managed" means
We stay responsible for it after launch.
A project becomes a managed service when we remain accountable for how it runs in production, not just for delivering it once.
- Failed automation and integration monitoring
- Agent and workflow error review
- Permissions and access review
- Usage, adoption, and cost monitoring
- Knowledge base updates and prompt changes
- Platform, model, and vendor change management
- Incident response and troubleshooting
- Performance tuning and documentation
Measuring business value
Success is what changed in the business, not how many tools got deployed.
For every meaningful initiative, we set a baseline, measure the outcome after launch, and report expected value against realized value. Here's the pattern we use, with illustrative numbers:
| Volume | Time per item | Total | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Baseline | 200 transactions / month | 15 min each | 50 hours / month |
| After AI | 200 transactions / month | 5 min, human-reviewed | 16.7 hours / month |
| Capacity released | 33.3 hours / month |
Illustrative example only. Every Managed AI client gets a recurring ROI report covering time saved, volume processed, and error or exception rate, whichever applies to the use case.
Staying accountable
Every Managed AI client gets a Quarterly AI Business Review.
This is the Reassess touchpoint from your path above: is it delivering the value we scoped, and what's worth building next.
| Review area | What you see |
|---|---|
| Adoption | Active users, role adoption, training needs |
| Solutions | Production AI workflows, agents, automations, integrations |
| Value | Estimated annual value implemented |
| Realized | Validated benefit achieved so far |
| Capacity | Hours released or avoided hiring and overtime |
| Risk | Governance and security issues, corrected or outstanding |
| Next | Prioritized opportunities being evaluated |
